About the role as Sales Manager for Security Engineering
You will have overall responsibility for driving and developing the business within Security Engineering — a business area where we offer specialized expertise in secure software development. You will be a key person in our sales team, working closely with both management and technical specialists.
Your main tasks
- Develop the sales process within Security Engineering
- Build and nurture customer relationships
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals
- Prospecting, scheduling meetings, and arranging customer events
- Participate in recruitment related to the business area
- Resource planning with the COO
- Contribute to business development within the area
Your profile
You likely have several years of experience in consulting or service sales, preferably within IT — and ideally within IT security. You are used to working independently, enjoy taking responsibility, and have a good understanding of the customer’s needs. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite for the role.
We believe you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in service sector sales
- A genuine interest in IT and technology
- Experience taking full responsibility for the entire sales process
It’s a bonus if you also have:
- Experience in IT consulting sales
- A background in business development and/or personnel management
- Technical understanding or a background in IT
- A driver’s license and access to a car
As a person, you are:
- Structured and self-driven
- Results-oriented and engaged
- Good at building and nurturing relationships
